Return Guidelines
We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are allowed for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Item is damaged or defective

Steps to Return Items
Returning items is straightforward. You can return products either by mail or in person at our store.

  2. In-Store: Visit our store with the item and the original receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will help you with the return process.

Return Shipping Costs
We do not impose return fees. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.

Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable)
At Annexpty.com, we offer a straightforward exchange process if your item is found to be defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt, as confirmed by the tracking information.

  1. Initiate the Process: Simply send an email to [email protected] with a photo showing the defect or damage.
  2. Receive Your Replacement: Upon approval of the photo, we will send out a replacement item at no extra cost.

Please Note:
We do not generally accept exchanges due to errors such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submission to avoid such issues.

Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation Policy
