Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • The item is not as described
  • An incorrect item was received
  • The item is damaged or defective

Return Process
Returning items is simple and hassle-free. You can return items by mail or directly at our store.

  • In-Store: Bring the item along with the original receipt or proof of purchase to our store. Our staff will assist you with the return.

Return Fees
We do not charge any return fees. However, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancel Policy
